Combo draw意思

"Combo draw" is a term used in poker, particularly in the context of Texas Hold'em and other community card games. It refers to a situation where a player has a hand with the potential to make two different types of strong hands by drawing one or more cards from the community cards.

For example, a player holding a hand like J-10 might have a combo draw if the community cards include a Jack and a 10. This player now has the potential to make both a straight (if they draw a 9) and a flush (if they draw a card of their suit).

Another example is a player holding a hand like A-K of different suits. If the community cards include a third ace, the player has a combo draw for a full house (aces full) and a straight (if the king comes).

Combo draws are attractive because they offer multiple ways to improve, but they can also be risky because if the player misses both draws, they may end up with a relatively weak hand against opponents who have made a single draw to a stronger hand.

In poker, the term "draw" refers to the cards that a player needs to improve their hand, and a "combo draw" means that the player has two different types of draws available.
