Wagyu意思

"Wagyu" is a term that refers to Japanese beef cattle, specifically the four breeds that are genetically predisposed to intense marbling of fat within the muscle. The word "Wagyu" literally means "Japanese cow" in Japanese, with "Wa" meaning Japanese and "gyu" meaning cow or beef.

The four breeds considered to be Wagyu are:
