Jnana yoga意思

"Jnana Yoga" is a term derived from Sanskrit, where "Jnana" means "knowledge" and "Yoga" refers to a path or practice. Jnana Yoga is one of the several spiritual paths or disciplines within Hinduism, particularly within the tradition of Vedanta, which emphasizes the attainment of spiritual knowledge and wisdom as the means to achieve liberation or moksha.

In Jnana Yoga, the focus is on gaining self-knowledge, understanding the true nature of the self (Atman), and realizing the oneness of the individual self with the ultimate reality, Brahman. This is often achieved through deep philosophical inquiry, study of scriptures, and the guidance of a spiritual teacher or guru. The goal is to understand the illusory nature of the material world and the transient nature of individual existence, leading to a state of enlightenment or liberation.

Jnana Yoga is closely related to other forms of Yoga, such as Bhakti Yoga (the path of devotion), Karma Yoga (the path of action), and Raja Yoga (the path of meditation), and many practitioners incorporate elements from multiple paths into their spiritual practice.
