Aisle seat意思

"Aisle seat" is a term commonly used in the context of air travel or public transportation to refer to a seat that is located in the part of the row that has direct access to the aisle, which is the walkway that runs along the length of the plane or train. Passengers who choose an aisle seat typically prefer it for the convenience of being able to get up and move around more easily, as well as for the added legroom that the space next to the aisle often provides.

In contrast, a "window seat" is located next to the window, while a "middle seat" is between the aisle and the window. Aisle seats are generally more popular and are often selected first during seat assignments or check-in, especially on longer flights where passengers want to have the freedom to stand up and stretch their legs.
